Mission Statement: The purpose of the BOSSES is to aid students interested in learning and achieving reputable function life-skills to pursue higher possibilities of career advancement in today’s society. To connect with each other, recognize each other, share information and collaborate as best meets their individual needs. We recognize WJH student organizations, organize collaborative activities among them, and provide information exchange systems and systems to govern resources they share, including social,technological, physical, human and financial resources of the WJH student organizations.

Mission Statement: To show and teach students the game of Chess. Long term goal is to show students how small decisions can effect outcomes in the game and in life.

Mission Statement: National Junior Honor Society serves to honor those students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of Scholarship, Leadership, Service, Character, and Citizenship. Membership is by invitation only. Students must maintain a 90 or above average in their core classes to be eligible for membership in NJHS.
Ceremony: End of the year induction ceremony of new members.

MISSION STATEMENT: The Student Council represents the Student Body of Washington Junior High School. The Council is a representative voice for the students in school, organizing programs, committees and activities to support the student life, general school community and the Conroe community as a whole.
The goal of Student Council is to enhance school spirit, making the Junior High experience more enjoyable for the students and faculty, and to serve the student body, faculty and community in a positive manner.
Destination Imagination (DI) is a volunteer-led, educational non-profit organization that teaches 21st century skills and STEM principles to kindergarten through university level students through creative and collaborative problem solving challenges.
