She has a BA; BS; MA; MS  in Music Education and Performance with emphasis in Statistics, Acoustics, and Computer Programming. Mrs. Protteau has taught Orchestral Music in grades 1 - 12 in Wisconsin  (5 years), Iowa  (2 years), Georgia  (4 years, and Texas (20 years). She has taught String Techniques, Keyboard, and Music Theory at TAMU. Additionally, Mrs. Protteau is the author and clinician for the "SNEAKING IN TECHNIQUE WITH MYSTERY SONGS" methodology for Piano and String Instruments. In her free time she enjoys sailing & swimming at her home on Lake Conroe with her family and new Grandson!
